A Dedication to Memory was orchestrated in conjunction with the 2018 Newark Arts Festival, October 4 – 7th, 2018. The annual Festival celebrates the rich diversity of the city’s expanding arts scene and welcomes the world to experience an exciting array of artist exhibitions, forums, studio tours, performances, mural excursions, screenings, children’s events and more.
The printed journal is distributed throughout the Festival for free- A tool to share Newark’s rich history and vibrant art scene. This website shares a series of extended interviews and editorials that pay homage to Newark’s past, present and future.
Newark Arts’ mission is to power the arts to transform lives.
